Kyle James
Owner & Guide
Kyle grew up in upstate New York and went to college in North Carolina, where he earned a teaching degree. He actually used that degree for almost 4 years! Becoming restless for a new adventure, Kyle had eyes for the West. He always had a love for the outdoors and loved new places and trying new things. He moved to Jackson Hole to be a ski bum and see if he could make it through one winter. That was way back in 2003. 20+ years and 2 amazing kids later, Kyle also runs a shuttle boat concession in Grand Teton National Park at the base of the Tetons. Now, Kyle is excited to embark on his latest adventure, where he trades in the boats for the snowmobiles.

Hannah Otto
General Manager & Guide
Hannah grew up in Victor, Idaho and moved to Jackson in 2019. Her biggest passion in life is sharing these incredible lands with everyone who comes to visit. She began working in Grand Teton National Park in 2018 and in 2020 branched into Yellowstone during the winter months. Whether she is driving boats or snowmobiles, her hope is to instill a love of these lands in everyone she meets.
Nathanael Kuenzli
Guide
Coming from far northern Minnesota, Nathanael first visited Yellowstone NP as a kid, and he has returned to the park most years since then to explore and photograph.
Nathanael’s passion is landscape photography, and he is happy to talk about photographing the landscape, be it with an iPhone or a large-format film camera.
One of Nathanael’s favorite summer activities is to ride his motorcycle across Yellowstone.
Nathanael has been a professional guide for over 25 years, and he is excited to show you the wonders of Yellowstone in the winter.
