When you request a tour or send us a message, we ask for your name, phone number, email, and details about your group. We use this only to arrange your tour — confirming dates, answering questions, and following up about your reservation.

We don't sell or share your information with anyone outside our small team, and we don't use it for anything beyond running your trip.

We keep booking records for our own scheduling and tax purposes. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us at info@snowmobileynp.com and we'll take care of it.

Email inbox

Our booking inbox (info@snowmobileynp.com) uses Google's Gmail API in a read-only capacity so that new inquiries sent to us are automatically added to our internal customer list. We only read messages sent to this inbox — we never send email as you, and we don't read or store anything beyond the sender, subject, and message content needed to follow up with you. This data is used solely to manage our own customer communications and is never sold or shared with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
